Nothing else there so I was clearly heading to use the post office and anyone unfortunate enough to have to use this PO will know there is only one way in and out of the area meaning she shuffled past me with the wicked witch of the west theme instantly playing in my head. Left waiting while she finished her convo. Eventually came back and EVERYTHING was an issue. "You can't pay for the envelope with card, you have to go to the main counter" - good job I am paying cash then isn't it. "No signal in here, you won't be able to pull up the QR code so you will have to go somewhere else"- good job I screenshotted it earlier then isn't it. Absolute jobsworth đ

I honestly didnât think it was even possible to be spoken to so abruptly with such minimal interaction and going in with an email / QR code to return somethingâŠ.! Asked how I was returning, said I have a QR code on email and was very abruptly told âYES BUT WE HAVE 4 DIFFERENT TYPES!â. đ«© Set the general tone for the rest of the interaction given I inconveniently had 2 items to return. Iâd rather travel out my way and go to Seghill where the staff are friendly and helpful. Unbelievable.
